A deep dive look into agency financials, delivery operations, and people operations, as well as other areas of the business.  I provide an executive summary and recommendations for what areas of the business should be prioritized.

This is great for agency owners who want to understand how they’re doing or to get a second outside opinion.

This is implementing the entire operations framework I’ve developed. It includes the agency diagnostic, which will help set priorities and timing for all of the necessary changes.

I will then work with select agency team members and implement all of the changes required to fully optimize your agency based on your goals.

I’m Sam, and I’m passionate about streamlining agency operations so teams can focus on what they do best - delivering outstanding work for clients. With a background in Project Management (PMP certified) and over 15 years of experience in the agency world, I’ve held various roles - from managing projects to leading large teams and driving operational efficiency.

My focus has always been removing “blockers” and simplifying processes, naturally leading me to take on broader operations leadership positions. Because of my success, I started being approached by agency owners who needed help transforming operations at their agencies. I’ve spent the last several years helping agencies optimize operations based on their short-term and long-term goals.

Why HIRE AN agency Ops consultant?

  • No long-term employment contract

  • No fully-loaded salary + benefits

  • No equity grants

Investing in a full-time head of Ops/COO can be extremely beneficial, but for agencies under $10MM in yearly revenue, it’s a massive decision that can come at a high cost. Generally, most qualified candidates will require a high salary and some type of equity grant. This might make sense in some cases, but in other cases, it’s a big expense and a long term commitment that you could come to regret down the road.
