I’m Sam Kessler, the founder of The Agency Tune-Up, and I’ve always had a passion for optimizing processes and operations.

Before The Agency Tune-Up, I led operations for a 50-person agency, increasing EBITDA 13x and EV (Enterprise Value) ~$21MM over two years before they were acquired by one of the largest independent agencies in the country.

As a result, other agency leaders soon reached out. They wanted me to help them streamline their operations, improve margins, and, in some cases, maximize the value of their own exits. Thus, The Agency Tune-Up was born.
